Order and Shipping

All you need to know about placing and receiving your orders:

• Please register (its free!) with us to place your first order
• All our prices are in Singapore dollars
• We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST)
• Payment may be made by credit card, ATM transfer and internet banking transfer

Placing your orders:

At your convenience, you can shop online or email us your order.

• Online shopping via our secure shopping cart - just add your items and click check out when you’re done!

• An email acknowledgement will be sent to you within 24 hours upon successful order receipt.

Making payment:

For your convenience, we provide the following modes of payment.

• For local purchases, we accept credit card , ATM transfer and internet banking transfer (UOB and POSB transfer)
• POSB Savings Account No.: 207-50396-7
• UOB Savings Account No.: 122-125-693-5
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for purchases $30 & above only. Meeting points include Yew Tee MRT, CCK MRT & Jurong East MRT (selected timing only). Cash payment may be made then.
• For overseas purchases, we accept credit card payments only
• Via Visa or Mastercard
• We provide secure payment via e-Nets. Complete transaction security and integrity is delivered via Secure Socket Layer (SSL), VerifiedByVisa (VbyV) and MasterCard SecureCode, protecting both the customer and merchant against fraud and tampering.
• Once payment is processed, please allow 4-5 days for delivery.

Delivery:

We strive to ensure the most cost effective delivery options for our customers without compromising on packaging quality. All purchases will be packed with utmost care in stiff envelope mailers or corrugated box mailers to ensure they arrive in good condition.

• We deliver by SingPost locally. Postage will be calculated and added to your purchases at check out. For secure delivery, you may opt for registered mail for an additional $2.25 by informing us via the 'comments' box at checkout.
• For purchases:
  Up to $50 > $3.50 postage charge (includes box packaging to prevent damage to order)
  $50 and above > $4.50 postage charge (includes box packaging to prevent damage to order)
  
• Please note that self-collection (Cash On Delivery option) is available at Yew Tee, Choa Chu Kang & Jurong East MRT (selected timing) only. Customers may pay cash on delivery. For delivery elswhere, we provide home delivery service at a flat rate of $7.

• Overseas purchases will be delivered via SpeedPost Worldwide Courier or Air Parcel Services or DPEX Worldwide Service, whichever is cheaper.
• Shipping is charged at cost and dependent on weight of purchase and destination. You will be advised the shipping cost via email.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you with our Order Confirmation.
• Insurance against lost parcels are available for certain countries. Please indicate your preference during check out.
• We do not charge custom duties but cannot guarantee that it will not be applicable to your purchase when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the content and value of international packages but will not be responsible for any charges incurred nor are we able to provide an estimate of such such charges. You may wish to contact your local post office or customs office for further information.

Cancellation and Exchanges:

• Please be advised that we do not accept cancellations once orders are confirmed.
• All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
  
• Exchanges will only be given for orders that fall short of numbers and this will be assessed case to case and given at the discretion of the company.
